Listed in alphabetical order, the following 45 players were selected to one of the seven All-UFA teams, including the All Defense and All Rookie teams, and it’s time to give every single one of them a shoutout for their accomplishments. Here’s one notable stat or achievement for all 45 of this year’s selections:

Lukas Ambrose, Seattle Cascades
Ambrose is the first player in UFA history to lead the league in blocks in consecutive seasons. -
Nate Astrom, Chicago Union
Astrom is the first Chicago player since the team’s inaugural 2013 season to record at least 15 assists and 15 blocks as a rookie. -
Alex Atkins, Colorado Summit
Atkins has increased his per-game averages in scores (up to 5.6 in 2024), completions (up to 49.4 in 2024), and total yards (up to 558 in 2024) every year since his rookie season in 2022. -
Jeff Babbitt, Boston Glory
Babbitt is one of just two players to finish with a plus/minus of +50 or better each of the last three regular seasons. -
Christian Belus, Carolina Flyers
Belus averaged a plus/minus of 1.6 every 10 points played in the regular season, the highest rate among all rookies that played at least 90 percent of their points on D-line. -
David Bloodgood, DC Breeze
Bloodgood has played more D-points (1,174) than any Breeze player in franchise history, and the third-most points for the franchise overall. -
Elliot Bonnet, DC Breeze
Bonnet led all rookies in goals with 33 in 2024. -
Will Brandt, Minnesota Wind Chill
At age 21 and 22, Brandt has led the Wind Chill in assists per game each of the last two seasons, the youngest player in franchise history to do so. -
Justin Burnett, Atlanta Hustle
Burnett averaged a plus/minus per game of +3.6 in the regular season, the highest per game average of any player that played at least 95 percent of their points on D-line (minimum two games). -
Antoine Davis, New York Empire
No Empire player has more blocks than Davis’ 38 since he joined the team in 2022, and he’s recorded double digit blocks in all three of his seasons in New York. -
Jasper Dean, Seattle Cascades
Of all rookies that were on the field for at least 100 possessions in the regular season, Dean led them all in individual offensive efficiency; Seattle scored on 62.3 percent of possessions when Dean was on the field. -
Tobe Decraene, Montreal Royal
Decraene is the first player since 2015 to record over 65 scores and 15 blocks in their rookie season. -
Travis Dunn, San Diego Growlers
Dunn is the only player in the league that has eclipsed 50 assists in each of the last three regular seasons. -
Jacob Fairfax, Carolina Flyers
Fairfax has led the Flyers in receiving yards each of the last three seasons and has scored more goals (103) in that span than anyone on the team. -
Jake Felton, Detroit Mechanix
As a rookie, Felton led the entire league in assists (66), scores (85), and total yards (7,347). He also set a new single-season record with 81 throwaways. -
Henry Fisher, Carolina Flyers
Fisher tied the UFA single postseason record with 10 blocks throughout the 2024 playoffs. -
Anthony Gutowsky, Madison Radicals
Gutowsky set the single-season goal scoring record for Madison this year with 51 in the regular season (53 including playoffs). -
Brett Hulsmeyer, Atlanta Hustle
Of the top 10 players in total yards this season, Hulsmeyer finished with the highest individual offensive efficiency; the Hustle scored on 62.6 percent of their possessions when Hulsmeyer was on the field. -
Ben Jagt, New York Empire
Jagt has been named to an All-UFA team every season since 2018 (six consecutive), tied with Jack Williams and Travis Dunn for the longest active streak in the league. -
Anders Juengst, Carolina Flyers
Juengst scored 13 goals in the playoffs this year, most of any player. -
Cole Jurek, DC Breeze
In his fifth pro season, Jurek set career highs in goals (31), total scores (50), receiving yards (2,975), total yards (4,161), completions (285), and blocks (9). -
Sterling Knoche, Madison Radicals
Every year he’s played at least 100 D-points throughout his seven-season career, Knoche has finished with at least 15 blocks. -
Cameron Lacy, Minnesota Wind Chill
No player had more pulls in 2024 than Lacy (175), and he upped his in-bounds pull percentage by nearly three percentage points compared to last year. -
Jeremy Langdon, Atlanta Hustle
Of the 150-plus players that were on the field for at least 200 possessions in 2024, Langdon led them all in individual offensive efficiency; the Hustle scored on over 65 percent of possessions when Langdon was on the field. -
Allan Laviolette, Carolina Flyers
Laviolette is the Flyers’ first 50-assist thrower since Jonathan Nethercutt and Jack Williams did it in 2018. -
Evan Magsig, Oakland Spiders
Since the league started tracking yardage in 2021, Magsig is the first Spiders player to eclipse 7,000 total yards in a single season. -
Garrett Martin, Seattle Cascades
After earning Third Team All-UFA honors last year and Second Team this year, Martin is the first Cascades player since Mark Burton (2016-2018) to be named to an All-UFA team in consecutive seasons. -
Brandon Matis, Minnesota Wind Chill
Minnesota’s all-time leader in games played (129), Matis is the first ever 11th-year veteran to be named to an All-UFA team. -
Mitchell McCarthy, Madison Radicals
Of all players that played at least 80 percent of their points on D-line in the 2024 regular season, McCarthy finished first in total yards (2,371). -
Lukas McClamrock, Atlanta Hustle
Against teams that finished .500 or better in 2024, McClamrock recorded 16 blocks in eight games (2.0 per game). Only Lukas Ambrose averaged more blocks per game than McClamrock this season. -
Nanda Min-Fink, Colorado Summit
Min-Fink is the first Summit rookie to reach 3,000 total yards in a single season since the team’s inaugural year in 2022. -
Pieran Robert, Madison Radicals
Robert finished second among rookies in plus/minus (+50) -
Jake Rubin-Miller, Chicago Union
After missing all of 2023 due to an injury, Rubin-Miller became just the fourth Union player in franchise history to record at least 20 blocks in a single season. -
Leo Sovell-Fernandez, Minnesota Wind Chill
Sovell-Fernandez was the only 2024 rookie with over 1,500 throwing yards, 1,500 receiving yards, and a completion rate above 95 percent. -
Jonah Stang-Osborne, Boston Glory
Stang-Osborne is the first Glory rookie to lead the team in pulls since the team’s inaugural year in 2021. -
Austin Taylor, Atlanta Hustle
Since the league started tracking hucks (throws of 40-plus yards) in 2021, Taylor leads all active players in huck completions (96). -
Zeke Thoreson, Colorado Summit
Of all rookies to complete at least 200 throws in 2024, Thoreson had the highest completion rate (96.9 percent). -
Jasper Tom, DC Breeze
Tom set career highs in assists and plus/minus in 2024 while starting the season off with a block in six straight games, marking the longest consecutive game block streak of his career. -
Bryan Vohnoutka, Minnesota Wind Chill
Vohnoutka has recorded a plus/minus of 40 or better in six straight seasons. Only Travis Dunn has a longer active streak. -
Gabe Vordick, Madison Radicals
Vordick set a Radicals rookie record for most receiving yards in a single season with 2,256 (since yardage began tracking in 2021). -
John Wellers, Carolina Flyers
Wellers averaged 1.1 blocks for every 10 points played, which was the highest per point block rate among all rookies in 2024. -
Jack Williams, New York Empire
Of the top 50 scorers in UFA history, Williams leads them all in individual offensive efficiency; throughout his career, Williams’ team has scored on over 59 percent of possessions when he’s been on the field. -
Alec Wilson Holliday, Dallas Legion
Wilson Holliday is the first Dallas player ever to lead the league in goals (60 in 2024). -
Aaron Wolf, Seattle Cascades
Wolf is the first Cascades rookie to lead the team in throwing yards (3,057; since yardage began tracking in 2021). -
Chad Yorgason, Salt Lake Shred
Yorgason recorded at least one block in 11 of his 13 games this season (84.6 percent). Of the 2024 All Defense selections, only Lukas Ambrose recorded a block in a higher percentage of games (min. 10 games played).
