H&R Block NAMED OFFICIAL TAX PREPARER OF THE MINNESOTA WIND CHILL AS TEAM REACHES PLAYOFFS FOR FIFTH STRAIGHT SEASON

Saint Paul, MN – The Minnesota Wind Chill, the state’s premier professional ultimate frisbee team, is proud to announce a new partnership with H&R Block, naming the company the official tax preparer of the team. The announcement comes as the Wind Chill celebrate their fifth consecutive playoff appearance and take another significant step towards defending their 2025 Ultimate Frisbee Association championship.
As part of the partnership, H&R Block will be the presenting sponsor of the Wind Chill’s first round playoff game on July 26, 2025, at Sea Foam Stadium in St. Paul. H&R Block will be featured across the Wind Chill’s digital platforms and throughout the stadium during the game, and a limited number of fans will receive H&R Block and Wind Chill green mini-discs either as they enter the stadium or in the stands throughout the game.
H&R Block will also provide the Minnesota Wind Chill team with expert tax preparation services and financial resources this upcoming tax season. The collaboration aims to provide peace of mind off the field so the team can stay focused on competing at the highest level.

Jeff Twite, District General Manager for H&R Block also expressed his excitement to support the Wind Chill as they begin their playoff journey. “Whether you need expert help with your taxes or simply have a question or two, your neighborhood H&R Block is here for you. We’re committed to inspiring confidence at tax time and beyond,” he shared.
In addition to their support of the team, H&R Block is stepping up for the remainder of this season to donate $25 to the Minnesota Wind Chill Foundation for every block at the remaining home games this season. These H&R "Blocks” will go a long way towards the foundation’s mission of empowering youth through ultimate frisbee. The Wind Chill now turn their attention to the postseason as they continue their pursuit of a championship. With support from H&R Block and other key partners, the team is poised to build on another successful regular season.
