Ben Feldman
Head Coach

Ben Feldman is the part-owner, General Manager, and head coach of the Minnesota Wind Chill. He was a player on the Wind Chill for four seasons until he was named Head Coach entering the 2019 season. Feldman boasts an overall coaching record of 48-19 following the 2024 season, with two division titles and now a UFA title. The team has only missed the playoffs one time during his tenure as head coach. During his college days at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Feldman was a three-time College Nationals finalist, winning it twice. In 2006, he competed at the U19 World Championships, winning a gold medal with Team USA. Feldman started his Ultimate Frisbee journey in 2004 at Hopkins High School, and he now has two decades of experience in the sport between his time playing and coaching.

Max Longchamp
Assistant Coach

Longchamp has been an assistant coach for the Wind Chill since 2020 and served as offensive coordinator for the team in 2024. He attended Carleton College, where he played four years with the Carleton Gods of Plastic. He started his coaching career with Hopkins High School in 2017 as the Junior Varsity coach. He then went on to coach the University of Minnesota B team in 2018 and 2019, as well as Carleton Chop in 2020 and 2021. He completed his fourth consecutive season coaching Minneapolis Pop in 2024, the top Women’s Club team in Minnesota.

Carlos Lopez
Player Development Coach

Lopez completed his first year as the player development coach for the Wind Chill in 2024. Lopez began his coaching career as a Youth Club Mixed Coach in 2011. He coached Blake High School in 2018, where he won Minnesota High School Coach of the Year. In 2024, he also coached Drag’n Thrust in the Mixed Club Division, as well as the University of Minnesota Women’s Team. Lopez is a Team USA World Games Selection Assistant for 2025 and was a Team USA World Ultimate Championships Selection Assistant in 2024.
