Minnesota Wind Chill Announce Fall and Winter Youth Programming

Following their third-straight trip to UFA Championship Weekend and second consecutive championship game appearance, the Minnesota Wind Chill are turning their focus back to the community this fall and winter.

The team will be offering a full slate of youth ultimate frisbee programming across the Twin Cities.  From one-day clinics to multi-day winter break camps and elite high school training sessions, this season’s offerings are designed to serve players of all ages, experience and skill levels.

All sessions will be led by Minnesota Wind Chill players and coaches, with several exciting partnerships enhancing this year’s lineup:

  • November: Clinics featuring professional female-matching player coaches from the Minnesota Strike, bringing representation and visibility for all young athletes.

  • December: Collaborative youth clinic with St. Paul Central’s female-matching and male-matching teams, connecting youth with local high school players & multi-day youth and high school camps led by high-level female-matching and male-matching coaches focused on skill development.

  • January: Partnership with TRIA GameFace to deliver elite sports performance training in speed, strength, and agility for high school athletes.

The program schedule is available now on the youth programming webpage with most programs open for registration. While no additional 2025 programs are expected, the Wind Chill will be announcing new opportunities for 2026 in the coming months.

The Wind Chill are also looking for high school volunteers to support their youth programming.  Financial assistance is available for the winter break high school camp for those who volunteer every day of the winter break youth camp. View the opportunities and register on their volunteer platform!
