As the Minnesota Wind Chill Foundation closes out our first year, we are proud of the impact we’ve made alongside our community and excited to look ahead to what comes next. 

In our inaugural year, the Foundation expanded access to ultimate frisbee by launching youth grants, continuing school and community visits, growing no-cost programming, introducing fundraising opportunities for teams, and celebrating youth programs at our annual Youth Night. Together, these efforts helped support young athletes and strengthen youth ultimate frisbee programs across Minnesota.

As we plan for next year, the Foundation is raising funds through our Ultimate for All! campaign to fuel three key areas of impact:
• No-cost community and adaptive programs that utilize ultimate frisbee as a way to teach valuable life-long lessons to underserved youth that are being increasingly pushed out of our sport
• Player visits to schools and youth teams that introduce ultimate frisbee new athletes and inspire youth that play the sport
• Grants for school programs that provide support to help reduce the burden of increasing costs of participation 

If you’d like to support something specific, here are a few examples of what your gift to the Ultimate for All! campaign can provide:
• $10 provides a frisbee for an underserved youth athlete in our no-cost program
• $50 covers the cost of a coach for one youth clinic throughout our community
• $100 supports one child to allow them to join one of our four-week no-cost programs
• $250 sends a player to school physical education classes for a day of ultimate frisbee
• $500 provides a mini-grant for a youth ultimate frisbee program in Minnesota
