Andrew "Shrew" Sjogren grew up in St. Ignace, Michigan. He attended Michigan State University where he studied Environmental Engineering. Andrew found ultimate during his freshman year and played on MSU's B team (Riot Control) for two years and A-team (ARC) for two years. He started playing in the AUDL with the Detroit Mechanix in 2018 and was with the team through 2022. Andrew represented the Mechanix in the 2022 AUDL All-Star Game and moved to Chicago to pursue higher levels of ultimate and he is excited to begin the next chapter of his career with the Chicago Union.
