Every two years, the World Flying Disc Federation (WFDF) hosts the Under-24 World Championships, an event that showcases the next generation of great ultimate players from all around the globe. This year’s event, which begins tomorrow (Saturday, June 21) in Logroño, Spain, features 21 mixed teams, 16 open teams, and 13 women’s teams. Ultiworld will be broadcasting dozens of games every day throughout pool play, leading up to the championship telecasts on Saturday, June 28. Viewers can enjoy the coverage by purchasing an Ultiworld subscription, and there will be at least one free game to watch each day on YouTube.

The Ultimate Frisbee Association is particularly proud that so many of the league's current players will be representing their home nations in this prestigious event. Overall, there are 32 current UFA players (and a bunch of other former UFA players) set to compete in Spain this week. Half of the league’s franchises—12 of 24—have at least one player rostered in the upcoming event.

UFA fans can also tune into WatchUFA.tv on Monday to watch the USA-Great Britain Open matchup at 9:30 AM/ET. It’s a game that features 16 current UFA players.
