Catching up with Cascades

  • The Seattle Cascades had their first training last weekend, with coaches and some returning players present. The team appreciated using AUDL’s new health and safety guidelines.
  • The 2020 captains (#5 Dennis Casio, #30 Mark Burton, and #90 Shane Worthington) are on-board for the upcoming season and are excited to help lead the team during this unusual transition period.
  • The Cascades home opener will be in the first week of June, taking place at Memorial Stadium under the Space Needle. The team is working on tackling the question of whether fans will be allowed in the stands, and closely working in conjunction with stadium capacity guidelines and the Washington State Roadmap to Recovery.
  • We are excited to announce that all Cascades games this season will be broadcast with two camera angles, instant replay, and two live commentators. AUDL.tv will be the home of Cascades broadcast. In addition to having access to all 2021 AUDL games, subscribers will be able to view past Cascades games from the 2019 season and 2016 Championship Weekend. Seattle Tempest will also be streaming all 2021 games; more information on the streaming locations will be available as the season approaches.
  • Spring clinics and summer camps have launched! Check out all of the key information including dates, locations and more.
