Parks & Recreation Camps
Welcome to one of the fastest growing sports in the world! Ultimate frisbee is a non-contact, action-packed sport that emphasizes teamwork and communication, athleticism, and respect for your opponent. Camp participants will learn the basic rules and strategies of Frisbee, throwing, catching, on and off-field leadership and teamwork skills. All camp participants receive a New York Empire frisbee and tickets to a professional ultimate game. Develop your skills, make new friends, and experience the thrill of being part of a team. All levels are welcome!
