2026 EMPIRE TRYOUT REGISTRATION
Date: Saturday, December 13th 2025
Time: 8pm-11pm
Location: Florham Park Sports Dome
76 Passaic Ave, Florham Park, NJ 07932.
Registration includes one tryout (December 13th) as well as a tryout reversible jersey (sizes upon availability). Every player trying out in December will receive specific feedback and guidance on what to work on over the following month. Some signings and cuts may be made after the first tryout. Interested players must be at least 18 years old.
Tryout participants MUST fill out the following forms!
NON RETURNERS... (If you were NOT on a UFA roster in 2025)
General Medical Clearance Form *Must be filled out by a Physician*
RETURNERS... (If you were on a UFA Roster in 2025)
We will be accepting walk-ins, though there will be a higher registration fee ($145) and attendee MUST have their forms filled out PRIOR to the first tryout.
The atmosphere will be fun and competitive with safety continuing to be our top priority. The Empire coaching staff & management will be in attendance. Dangerous or reckless plays will not be tolerated.
