Coming off two labral reconstructive surgeries in my hips and a torn PCL I've had a lot of downtime to think about why I love frisbee and why I want to keep playing and getting better. My answer came out to be pretty simple. There's nothing as rewarding as working hard at something physically and mentally competitive with a group of friends. And using the AUDL as a platform to grow ultimate in underserved demographics is icing on the cake!
