The following bullets focus on the “notable” active players in Week 2, such as players returning to the lineup, new additions making 2026 debuts, etc—basically anything that stands out when looking through this week’s active rosters. Here are the headlines, sorted alphabetically by team.

Austin Sol

Last season’s team leader in scores and plus/minus, Mark Henke is active after missing the team’s first game against Atlanta
Boston Glory

Reigning Defensive Player of the Year Tannor Johnson-Go re-signed with Boston earlier this week and is active vs. Montreal

Longtime UFA vet Ben Katz was also signed this week and is active. Katz played previously for Montreal and New York, as well as Boston.

Franky Fernandez, who played the last two seasons with Atlanta, will make his Glory debut

Ray Tetreault has played just one game for Boston the past two seasons, but he’s active for Saturday

New York Empire

2024 First Team All-UFA Selection Alex Atkins makes his Empire debut after four seasons in Colorado

Former Flyer and UFA champion Alex Davis and former Shred Braden Eberhard also signed with the Empire this offseason and will be suiting up against Toronto
Oakland Spiders

Rookie Anton Orme is active for the first time this season. One of the top college players in the country, Orme was selected to the 2025 D-1 Men’s All-American First Team (alongside Spiders teammate Dexter Clyburn)
