Players To Watch: Week 10

June 25, 2026
By Ryan Baker

With just four weeks left in the season, more tickets are being punched to the playoffs, and the heat keeps rising. Seven games this week give us the lightest slate we will see the rest of the regular season, which means even more attention across the board. Teams will be fighting tooth and nail to gain ground in their division, keep their lead, or play spoiler, with every matchup carrying added playoff weight. Here are seven players to watch in Week 10:

Seth Gudeman, Indianapolis AlleyCats

After an abysmal 38 percent O-line conversion rate in the AlleyCats’ second game of the season, Seth Gudeman was moved to offense. Since then, the AlleyCats have seen a decline in turnovers and an overall boost in their hold percentages. He leads the team in goals, but what’s more impressive is that he’s posted 15 goals in the latter four games of Indy’s season with just a single incompletion. Surrounded by some of the league’s best throwers, the AlleyCats were lacking chunk-yardage plays late in stall counts, and that’s where Gudeman has made his money. He’s been an outlet for his throwers in the 4-7-second stall-count range. After racking up five goals in his second game against Madison this season, he now faces them again this weekend, with another big performance on the horizon for the AlleyCats’ captain.

Anthony Gutowsky, Madison Radicals

It’s been a rough season for Anthony Gutowsky transitioning into a new offensive system. He started out strong with 10 goals in his first two games, but succumbed to careless mistakes, and managed just three goals and four turnovers over his next two games. Trying to end the slump, Madison shifted last season's goal scoring leader to defense. Since his switch, Gutowsky has eight goals and five blocks over three starts. Last weekend, he proved crucial by avoiding mistakes and consistently disrupting downfield space against Salt Lake and Chicago. This weekend, he goes up against Indy, who shoots hucks at the highest clip in the league, so commanding that deep space with conviction is of the utmost importance on Saturday. Gutowsky won’t have much help on a depleted D-line either, which emphasizes his impact even more.

Nanda Min-Fink, Colorado Apex

The Colorado Apex are in must-win territory to keep their playoff hopes alive. However, they draw one of the toughest matchups they could have this weekend against the Oakland Spiders. To add even more fuel to the fire, Quinn Finer will be out, so the offense will have to rely on Nanda Min-Fink. The Colorado product has been a workhorse since joining the team in late May. He’s had at least four assists and 500 total yards in three of his four games, including one against the Spiders. The concern here is his turnovers. He has committed 12 turnovers over his last three games and will have to cut that down for the Apex to compete with Oakland.

Adam Rees, Oakland Spiders

The Oakland Spiders are dealing with an injury bug in their receiving core, but will have to make do this weekend against Colorado and Salt Lake. They need some of their top guys to step up even more than they have, and that starts with Adam Rees. With Daniel Ritthaler out and Dillon Whited questionable, the responsibilities for the second-year player increase even more. He stepped up against Minnesota when Ritthaler was sidelined, meaning Rees can be an incredibly effective top target. So, on a weekend when Oakland could clinch the top seed in the West, Rees’s play could determine whether that can be achieved.

Will Selfridge, Atlanta Hustle

Will Selfridge is staring down the barrel of his most important game in 2026. At the end of that barrel is the Carolina Flyers, and it will be his first time facing them. Selfridge has proven to be one of the most versatile players on the Hustle when he cleats up. The Hustle has leaned him more towards the offensive side, but in four games, he’s amassed 9 assists, 5 goals, 5 blocks, and over 600 receiving and throwing yards. Undoubtedly, Selfridge will be heavily involved, as he touched the disc and played the most he has this season against San Diego, the closest game he’s been a part of thus far. With the offense back to full strength, Selfridge has even more flexibility, allowing him to be utilized in some of the most important moments this weekend.

Zeke Thoreson, Carolina Flyers

Another player making his debut in the four-game series between the Flyers and the Hustle is Carolina’s Zeke Thoreson. The 2026 Callahan winner joined the Flyers four games ago and has been off to a blazing start. It’s a fitting descriptor for one of the fastest guys on the field at all times. His 15 assists and 7 goals with just two turnovers have made him one of the most impactful players on a star-studded Carolina offense. His chemistry with college teammate Tobias Brooks is unmatched, and not all the attention can go to him with the other talent on the offense. Thoreson had his best game in his 2026 debut against DC, so he is no stranger to elevating his game when it’s most needed. It will surely be needed this weekend, as Carolina is looking to end their season on a high note with just two more games remaining.

Chad Yorgason, Salt Lake Shred (Pictured)

Amongst a rather underwhelming season for the Salt Lake Shred compared to recent history, Chad Yorgason balled out last weekend during their Central Division road trip. His 10 assists led the team over the two games and brought him to a career-high in assists in just 9 games. The Shred will need to ride Yorgason’s hot hand to take down the Spiders this weekend. In the first matchup between the two, Salt Lake got dismantled, but Yorgason did have three goals and three assists. His quickness and ability to change direction make him one of the hardest players to guard in small spaces in the league. A win this weekend would also nearly clinch a playoff spot for the Shred, making Yorgason’s performance that much more critical.
