The American Ultimate Disc League (AUDL) has announced the “3 Off the Tee” disc golf competition presented by Gotta Go Gotta Throw during the 2023 AUDL Championship Weekend in Eagan, MN. The event will run from 9:00 AM/CT to 5:00 PM/CT on Saturday, August 26, prior to the 2023 AUDL Championship game inside TCO Stadium at Viking Lakes 6:00 PM/CT.
All fans are welcome to participate in this exclusive disc golf contest set up around TCO Stadium and Viking Lakes, a multi-use development home to the Minnesota Vikings and Omni Viking Lakes Hotel. The entry fee for each participant is $40 and includes one round on the course, three Prodigy Ace Line P Model S discs provided by Gotta Go Gotta Throw, one ticket to the 2023 AUDL Championship game, and one entry to an exclusive raffle featuring prizes valued at more than $500. Participants can replay the course for $5, earning additional raffle entries for each round. Prizes will also be awarded to players with the most disc golf aces for a single round. In addition to the “3 Off the Tee” event, the AUDL will also be hosting a Championship Fan Fest throughout Saturday, including food trucks, craft beer selections, games, fun activities and entertainment throughout TCO Stadium. The 2023 AUDL Championship Weekend hosts the league’s four divisional winners, with the two semifinal games on Friday, August 25, starting at 5:00 PM/CT. General admission tickets for Friday or Saturday are available for $20 each, while a combined ticket for all three games is on sale for $35. Fans can also purchase a VIP ticket with views from a private party deck that overlooks the field or exclusive field-level seating, along with access to a private full liquor bar, one meal ticket per day, and an exclusive memorabilia item. The VIP ticket is available for $75 per day, or $125 for both days.
This will mark the twelfth Championship Weekend in AUDL history and the first year in which Minnesota will be the host. The 2022 Championship was played in Madison, WI., with the New York Empire defeating the Chicago Union 22-14 to capture their second title overall.
