League App Privacy

The AUDL is committed to protecting your privacy and developing technology that gives you the most powerful and safe online experience. This Statement of Privacy applies to the AUDL Android and Apple applications and governs data collection and usage. By using the AUDL Android and Apple applications, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

Information Collection and Use

The AUDL app collects team preferences to deliver the notifications you have requested.

Your Advertisting ID is collected, but is used solely for user analytics. No ads are displayed in the app and the Advertisting ID is not associated with any other user information.

There is also information about your device hardware and software that is automatically collected by the AUDL. This information can include: your IP address, device type, and access times. This information is used by AUDL for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the AUDL application.

Use of your Personal Information

The AUDL collects and uses your personal information to operate the AUDL Web site and deliver the services you have requested. The AUDL also uses your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from AUDL and its affiliates. AUDL may also contact you via surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current services or of potential new services that may be offered.

AUDL does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties. AUDL may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. In those cases, your unique personally identifiable information (e-mail, name, address, telephone number) is not transferred to the third party. In addition, AUDL may share data with trusted partners to help us perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.

The AUDL application does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
