Ben Feldman Ben Feldman is the part-owner, General Manager, and head coach of the Minnesota Wind Chill. He was a player on the Wind Chill for four seasons until he was named Head Coach entering the 2019 season. Feldman boasts an overall coaching record of 48-19 following the 2024 season, with two division titles and now a UFA title. The team has only missed the playoffs one time during his tenure as head coach. During his college days at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Feldman was a three-time College Nationals finalist, winning it twice. In 2006, he competed at the U19 World Championships, winning a gold medal with Team USA. Feldman started his Ultimate Frisbee journey in 2004 at Hopkins High School, and he now has two decades of experience in the sport between his time playing and coaching. |

Tyler Anderson Tyler Anderson is the Assistant General Manager of the Minnesota Wind Chill. He transferred from the University of Minnesota to Concordia University-St. Paul, where he graduated with a B.A. in Sport Management in 2019 and an M.S. in Coaching and Athletic Administration in 2021. Tyler was named Assistant General Manager at the beginning of the 2024 season. In his role, Tyler is involved in many different areas of the team, including team operations, game film preparation, internship outreach, marketing, financial report analytics, customer service, sponsorships, fundraising, merchandise management, game day operations, youth camps, and countless other tasks and projects as they arise. Tyler traveled with the team to 2024 Championship Weekend in Salt Lake, UT, and handled numerous logistical duties to help ensure that the Wind Chill players were prepared to perform championship-level Ultimate on the biggest stage! |

Tucker Hoffman Hoffman is the Wind Chill’s statistician and has been in various roles with the team since 2021. He grew up in Eagan, Minnesota, eventually playing Frisbee at the University of Minnesota-Duluth. Hoffman has played for several open club teams in the Twin Cities and was the assistant coach for Eastview’s High School in 2019. Hoffman even played one game for the Wind Chill, securing an assist and a block en route to a 33-19 victory over the Detroit Mechanix in 2022. |

Alex Senk, MD, CAQSM, RMSK Physician Dr. Alex Senk is a board-certified physician in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine. His practice at the Minneapolis Veterans Affairs Health Care System centers on comprehensive musculoskeletal medicine and sports medicine incorporating ultrasound as a diagnostic and interventional tool. He has been a leading member of the ultimate medical community since 2015 at the national-international level, and Dr. Senk has served as the Medical Director of the Minnesota Wind Chill since 2019 where he is passionate about injury prevention and player-centered care. |

Kersten Schwanz, MD, CSCS Physician Dr. Kersten Schwanz is a resident physician in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Minnesota. As a former NCAA Division I rower at the University of Minnesota, performance athletics are an area of interest, specifically regarding load management, the role of training in augmenting injury risk, and return to performance. In addition to working in strength and conditioning at the University of Minnesota, she has coached rowing at both the junior elite club and adaptive club levels. She joined the Wind Chill Medical Team prior to the 2021 season as the Health and Safety Manager and hopes to continue to share her passion for education in player care and the role of training smart. |

Marc Tompkins, MD Physician Dr. Marc Tompkins is an orthopedic sports medicine surgeon and Associate Professor in the Department of Orthopedics at the University of Minnesota, and also serves as fellowship faculty for the Orthopedic Sports Medicine Fellowship at TRIA Orthopedic Center. Clinical and research interests for Dr. Tompkins include the treatment and rehabilitation of sports medicine injuries in all areas of the body with his practice focus on complex reconstructive and joint preservation surgery in the knee and shoulder. He is widely published in these areas in the orthopedic sports medicine literature. Dr. Tompkins has served as the orthopedic surgeon for the Minnesota Wind Chill since 2021. |

Courtney Zamora, LAT/ATC Athletic Trainer Courtney Zamora is an athletic trainer at NovaCare Rehabilitation since 2014. She is currently the athletic trainer at Monticello High School and has been there since 2015. She joined the MN Wind Chill Medical Team in 2022 and is excited to continue to serve the Chill in the coming seasons. She gets the most joy in helping athletes overcomes injuries and return to the playing field! |

Lindsay Boleen, LAT/ATC Athletic Trainer Lindsay Boleen is an athletic trainer with NovaCare Rehabilitation since 2022. She is currently working on site at MSP airport helping airline employees with injury prevention and ergonomics. Lindsay joined the Wind Chill medical staff in 2023 and she is happy and excited to continue to work with the team and provide care for the athletes. In her free time, Lindsay enjoys playing soccer, traveling, and staying active. |

Julia Hill, PT, DPT, CLT Physical Therapist Julia “Chucks” Hill is a physical therapist with NovaCare Rehabilitation and was excited to join the Wind Chill Medical Staff in 2022. She has extended professional specialties in Lymphedema and Cancer Rehabilitation, and is jumping back into the world of sports to combine both professional and personal passions. She has played ultimate for 12 years, competing in the Premier Ultimate League for Nashville Nightshade in 2019 and Indianapolis Red 2020-2022. She was part of the Health and Wellness committee in the inaugural PUL season and hopes to continue to create and champion the best standardized practices for the world of professional ultimate. |

Jessica Kapungulya , DC, DACBSP, MS Sports Chiropractor Jessica Kapungulya is a chiropractor that specializes in sports and orthopedic injuries. She has been actively involved in the soccer community since 2018 working mainly with men's UPSL and NPSL soccer teams. In 2023, she completed a sports medicine rotation at the US Olympic Training Center and joined the medical pool for US Wrestling. She enjoys using conservative care to prevent injuries and help athletes perform their best. Her areas of interest include hip, knee, and ankle/foot injuries. |

Neil De Cleene, DPT, ATC, CSCS Athletic Trainer and Physical Therapist Neil De Cleene is a physical therapist and athletic trainer for NovaCare Rehabilitation as well as Minnesota United FC, working with professional athletes recovering from a variety of injuries. He specializes in concussion management and has additional interest in BFR and prevention of recurrent injuries. Neil began working with the Wind Chill at the beginning of the 2022 season and is excited to continue his involvement with the team. |

Micheala McCarthy, MD Physician Dr. Micheala McCarthy is a resident physician in Orthopedic Surgery at the University of Minnesota. She joined the Ultimate community during her time at St. Olaf. She most recently played for The Force during the 2022 Club Ultimate season. Throughout her athletic endeavors, she learned the struggles of a recovering athlete, and the finesse necessary to provide medical care for the competitive athlete. She joined the Wind Chill Medical Team in 2022. Micheala is excited to share her passion for Ultimate, and help care for the tremendous Wind Chill Team. |

Brionn K. Tonkin, MD Physician Dr. Brionn K. Tonkin is an Assistant Professor at the University of Minnesota. He is active in teaching at two affiliated sites, the Minneapolis V.A. and Hennepin County Medical Center (HCMC). He serves as the Residency Program Director for the Division of PM&R. Dr. Tonkin sees a variety of rehabilitation patients including stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, ALS, and amputees. Other areas of practice include sports and musculoskeletal medicine. |

Jason Eggers, MD, DC Physician Dr. Jason L. Eggers, MD, is a board certified physical medicine and rehabilitation physician. He completed his residency at the University of Minnesota and his fellowship in Primary Care Sports Medicine at Penn State. Dr. Eggers specializes in non-surgical sports medicine and spine and neck care. |
