Congratulations to Isabella Chan of Lake Braddock Secondary School who was selected as the recipient of the 2024 Jim Rubin Memorial DC Youth Ultimate Scholarship! Isabella will receive $1,500 a year for up to four years for a total of $6,000 towards her college tuition.

Applications for the 2025 Jim Rubin Memorial DC Youth Ultimate Scholarship will be accepted starting in the spring of 2025.
