Pawel Janas grew up in Boulder, Colorado and has played for Boulder High School, University of Colorado Mamabird, and Denver Johnny Bravo. In 2016, he moved to Chicago, IL to attend graduate school. He played on Chicago Wildfire/Union during the 2017 - 2022 seasons and on Chicago Machine since 2016. The 2025 season will be his 6th year playing for the Union. He led the league in assists in each season between 2017 and 2019 and has been selected to six All-AUDL teams.
