What should my child bring to the clinic/camp?
- Athletic attire
- Appropriate footwear (cleats or gym shoes)
- Sufficient water and/or sports drinks
- Light snack (recommended for Camps)
- Sunscreen
What is included in clinic and camp registration?
Clinic participants will receive a Chicago Union gaiter/neckie for nose and mouth protection
Camp participants will receive:
- Chicago Union disc
- 4 tickets to select 2021 Chicago Union home game**
- 15 hours of beginner ultimate training
- Additional prizes for skills challenges, effort, teamwork, and good spirit

What are the hours of the clinic/camp?
All our clinics and camps are run in half day sessions. They will run from either 9AM-11:30AM or 1PM-3:30PM.
How do I register for a program?
All program registration can be found through the desired Park District's website. Registration links can be found on our Camps pages.
What documents am I required to review prior to the start of the program?
- Program Liability Waiver
- Media Release Form
- COVID questionnaire
- Onsite signage/maps
What will happen in the case of injury or illness?
If a serious injury does occur, then coach or coordinator will immediately contact the parent or guardian and, if necessary, the emergency services.
It is essential that parents disclose all important medical information during registration to ensure that our coaches are aware of an pre-existing injury or illnesses.
Can I stay and watch my child during the clinic or camp?
Absolutely!
What happens if there is inclement weather?
In the event of lightning, we will take the players to a safe location and wait 20 minutes after the last lightning strike before returning to the fields. Due to social distancing guidelines and limited access to indoor facilities, we will remain cautious and communicate any cancellations. All communication will be done via email.
How will cancellations be communicated?
If the program must be cancelled for any reason, the Youth Director will send out an email to all parents.

What protocols will be in place to keep everyone safe?
Chicago Union will follow all safety protocols required by state and local health authorities, including player wellness screening and temperature taking, social distancing, and regular cleaning and disinfection of equipment.

What is the process of reporting COVID-19 symptoms?
If during or within 14 days of participating in a program, your child becomes ill with COVID-19 symptoms, has a confirmed case of COVID-19, or was exposed to a confirmed case of COVID-19, you must notify the Chicago Unio immediately by contacting Chicago Union's Director of Operations, Alexis Abelove at alexis@gochicagounion.com
