CHICAGO —  The Chicago Union is preparing their first back-to-back game weekend of the season, with both road and home contests: a Saturday clash against the Indianapolis AlleyCats in Indiana, followed by a Father’s Day showdown against the Madison Radicals at home on Sunday.

The Union and AlleyCats have already traded blows this summer. When the two teams met in late May, neither had yet recorded a win, raising the stakes and producing an intense, hard-fought contest. Playing on their home turf, Indianapolis edged out a 23-20 victory to claim their first win of the season.

The AlleyCats remain the Union's closest competition in the Central Division, with both clubs sporting unremarkable 1-4 records. Indianapolis has shown they can compete with anyone, most recently pushing the Madison Radicals to a one-point margin before falling just short. But the Union isn't judging this weekend's opponent by their record alone. They're preparing for the AlleyCats' aggressive defense and high-tempo offense with their last meeting fresh in mind. The rematch will take place Saturday, June 20, at 6:00 PM CT in Indianapolis.

But the action for Chicago doesn’t end there. After taking on the AlleyCats, the Union will head back to their home turf of Lazier field the following day to face the Madison Radicals for a Father’s Day rematch.

Following the Union’s road trip to Indiana, Chicago returns to Lazier Field on Sunday for a Father's Day rematch against the Madison Radicals. The two clubs last met earlier this month in what proved to be a historic afternoon for Chicago: a win that secured both the team's first victory of the season and the 100th win in program history. Madison enters the weekend third in the Central Division at 3-2, with a Thursday night test against the Salt Lake Shred still to come before they make the trip to Chicago.

Sunday's Father's Day contest begins at 6:00 PM CT at Lazier Field. Fans in attendance will receive a measuring tape giveaway and can look forward to a Dads vs. Kids scrimmage during halftime.
