Eric founded the University of Utah college ultimate team. He has been an assistant coach for the Shred since its inaugural season, focusing mostly on the D line.

Bryce has been the head coach of the Shred since its inception.

Bryce comes to the team having played Open club (Orem Killjoys, Utah Powderhogs, Provo Madd Dogg), and college (BYU, 2004-2007). Bryce has also coached several teams in the last 15 years, including youth, college (BYU Womens 2010-2012, BYU Mens 2012-Current), womens club (Utah Elevate, 2017-2019) and most recently in the WUL (Utah Wild, 2021).
