The Videographer is a paid position who will work under the Media Director as apart of the Broadcast team. This position requires attendance at all home throughout the season; all home games will be played at Varsity Stadium in Toronto. This is a new team being brought together so an excitement to be apart of the Rush is expected.
Responsibilities include:
- Operating one of 2 cameras during the game, following the game-play for the live broadcast.
- Arrival at the game roughly 3 hours before game-start, depending on call-times, to help with camera setup.
- Take down post game, likely about an hour.
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience playing Ultimate at a club/ college level is mandatory to ensure understanding of the flow of the game.
- Experience in production or camera operation is not required though it is a plus. All training will be provided.
Home Game Dates:
- Sat, Jul 17 | 6:00 PM
- Sat, Aug 14 | 6:00 PM
- Sun, Aug 15 | 1:00 PM
- Sat, Aug 28 | 6:00 PM
Payment will be determined based of experience and will be paid on a per-game basis. Most days will be approx. 6 hours but days might last longer should there be external circumstances, for example rain delays.
