It was a hot and humid Saturday, more like August than May, when the Minnesota Wind Chill dropped into Da Burgh. A busy weekend for ultimate, too, with the beach ultimate championships happening in Virginia Beach and, on the college level, Division III championships taking place in Rockford, Illinois.

Los Angeles, CA.  Today, the American Ultimate Disc League, LLC launched a Small Open Public Offering under Regulation Crowdfunding of the JOBS Act.  A maximum of 324,242 Series B Common Units valued at $1,069,998.60 are being made available to accredited and non-accredited investors on the StartEngine Crowdfunding platform.

Though ultimate is often considered the quintessential team sport, it is individual greatness that more often takes our breath away. Excellent teams can strive to play fundamental, basic, and even boring ultimate, but spectacular individuals regularly wow their teammates, delight their fans, and do things on the field that make the rest of us jealous.
