The Atlanta Hustle moved to 5-1 on the season after their 21-15 win over the Boston Glory last night. This is the first road victory of the season for the Hustle, and it further increases their lead on the South Division. Brett Hulsmeyer had a massive performance, finishing with 4 goals, 3 blocks and 2 assists. His 3 blocks puts him tied for 1st in the AUDL in blocks. Austin Taylor lead the team with 5 assists and 378 throwing yards. Dean Ramsey and Matt Smith also stood out, with Ramsey putting up 2 assists, 3 goals and 236 receiving yards and Smith finishing with 3 goals of his own. The Hustle did a great job converting on breaks and in the red zone. They finished with 8 breaks and were 90% on scoring when in the red zone. The zone defense confused Boston and made it hard for them to find scoring opportunities. Atlanta led the entire game, holding a 5 point lead at halftime and finishing the second half strong. Atlanta heads to New York to face off against the Empire in the AUDL's game of the week for week 7.
