Acceleration North Sports Training Center in Arden Hills is the official speed and conditioning center for the Minnesota Wind Chill and hundreds of other competitive Ultimate players. Curt Carbaugh, owner of Acceleration North, and his team work one-on-one with every athlete to create the ideal training environment and workout to empower them to succeed both physically and mentally. Their programming services athletes of all sports ages 8 years and older.
