With five blocks and shutdown coverage in New York's semifinals and championship wins, defender Antoine Davis claims the 2023 AUDL Championship Weekend MVP award. Davis won his third championship of his career in 2023, helping the Empire earn back-to-back titles.

"When I first started with this team, I knew I was stepping into greatness," Davis told Evan Lepler in an interview after the championship game. "I did everything in my power to be a part of it."
